Our Services

All the helping hands you need.

Quality Care offers a wide range of home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities. We do not have a one-size-fits-all care policy; we understand that everyone’s needs are different so we ensure that our care plans are tailored to meet your needs. Our compassionate dedicated Carers are there to support you to live independently in the comfort of your home. We aim to provide you with high-quality care, by ensuring that you remain independent and in control of the care you receive.

What is Home Care?

Homecare is health and supportive care provided by a trained and professional Carer in your or your loved one’s home. It is an alternative to group accommodation or nursing homes. Our home care services allow you to get the level of care you require to live comfortably and independently while in your familiar environment. You get the chance to keep your pets, the same social circles and memories you have grown with.

The following are the services we provide:

Live-in care

A Quality CARE Carer will come to live with you in your home. This is a good option for people who need 24-hour care and companionship. Our live-in care allows you to keep the lifestyle you are used to. This includes your pets, neighbours, social circles, and standard of living. Your Carer will assist you with personal care, taking of medication, meal preparation, and household chores.

Domiciliary Care

Our domiciliary care is care provided to you in your home. We offer intermittent care visits to support you with household chores, personal care, and other activities that are challenging to you. Our services help you to continue to live independently in the home you love. A Carer can be arranged to visit you once or a couple of times per day, be it morning, afternoon or night visit. From 30 minutes to an hour depending on your care and support requirements.

Respite Care

Sometimes as a Primary caregiver you will need a break and time for yourself from taking care of a loved one. We understand that it is crucial to trust someone who will take your place for that period. At Quality Care, we offer trustworthy and dedicated carers who have undergone a rigorous vetting process and are trained to come in and look after your loved one whilst you are on break.

Specialist Care

We offer specialist care services that comprise sensitivity and empathy. We take time and effort to understand your needs and specific situation to ensure that you get the best-fit solution. Our range of specialist care services includes stroke, diabetes, catheter care, PEG feeding, and cancer. We will help you manage your condition and take care of your daily tasks.

Companionship

Quality Care offers companionship care that is suitable if you are at risk of becoming lonely. These are non-medical services that allow you to have some company and be able to stay happy and mentally healthy. You will be matched with a Companion with the same likes and preferences like you. They will assist you with your daily tasks, accompany you to medical and social appointments, and also travel with you. This will help you boost your confidence and help to avoid or ease depression.

End of life care

If you or a loved one have a life-threatening ailment and require End of Life care, NAME is there to care and support you at these upsetting times in a place where you are most comfortable: your home. We collaborate with you, your family, healthcare professionals to ensure that you receive the best care 24 hours a day. Keeping you comfortable and making sure that all your care needs are met.
